POSITION SUMMARY:

Looking for a dynamic and motivated team player to join the Tri-State Area’s Most Trusted Professional Cleaning Company as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will successfully identify & grow relationships with new clients, provide quotes for projects and execute contracts with new clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain open appointment availability for potential customers and achieve sales goals.
  • Build customer relationships with both Residential & Commercial prospects
  • Provide on-site and remote one-on-one customer consultations.
  • Create a customized and detailed proposal for customers based on each of their individual needs.
  • Consistently close new business opportunities

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of Sales experience in the Home Services industry  
  • Driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Must be goal-oriented, competitive, and looking to take control of their career.

The ideal candidate will lead a crew of professional cleaners that perform residential and commercial cleaning services in a professional and business-like manner.  The candidate will effectively lead with precision and within the time frame given by the general manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee a crew of professional cleaners that complete various functions including, but not limited to: pressure washing, janitorial services, window cleaning, professional carpet cleaning services, etc. in the timetable allotted with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to safely move and use ladders and other power equipment
  • Works well with others and performs the tasks assigned with neatness and accuracy, always adhering to all safety rules.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times while on the job. Be respectful of the customer and surrounding area as it pertains to language, noise, music, and proper use of equipment 
  • Respond daily to customers’ questions and concerns on the job site (and in the absence of a crew leader).
  • Report any issues and/or concerns to the general manager or owner promptly.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience successfully leading a team or teams within the Home Services industry.
  • Prior experience as a Residential or Commercial Cleaner is required
  • Ability to work with customers & complete a project on time
  • Must possess knowledge of job-site safety and equipment, with a clear understanding of the products and how they are used.
  • Must follow all procedures and have a thorough understanding of the cleaning services process.
